Series Overview

This summer, Fei Tian College – Middletown will offer an exclusive online seminar series featuring performing arts professionals who have founded their own organizations and worked at prestigious institutions. 

Join us as they discuss their perspectives on performing arts management, and their experiences and challenges in the administrative world of dance, music, and theater.

Topics to be explored include:
• The Evolution of Arts Management
• Mission, Vision, and Values
• Organizational Structure
• Leadership
• Marketing
• Fundraising
• Financial Management
• Careers in Art Management

Each presentation will be 90 minutes, followed by a short Q&A session.

We reserve the right to make changes to the presentation topics and will endeavor to notify registered participants of the changes in a timely manner.
